01 The Blessed Islands
The islands were blessed
And heaven did love the archipelago
For the holy one descended
To see the children of the motherland
To love and make his covenant
His glory shone over rivers and mountains
And the land did rejoice
Nature sang praising and worshiping
The Lord God
People did not see him
But they refused him not
God is One!
God the Father, the Creator!
The Word, which is love!
The Holy Spirit, that is in us!
Was, is and ever shall be One!
